Not a bad way to bring in the new year with a new piece of 3D from me, and one i'm pretty proud of.

As usual it's not as good as I wanted it to be, also doesn't look as good as I wanted. Spent ages on the texture, only to have Photoshop scrub it back to an early save and I accidentally saved THAT version, so I had to re-do it all again.

Also wanted to have the model rigged but it took me way too long as it is and I lost interest in spending more time on it.

In the end though i'm pretty happy and hope I can muster up another creative boost in the future to make something else.

Woah dude, I'm loving the design! And the textures truly makes it justice. :) It'd be really neat to see some of these animated sometime!

I still love this, and the fact you've done some 3D after so long is also very cool =D

Really like how he turned out, and the texture suits him well! Hope you feel like rigging him later on, I can see him trudging through the woods on a dark night.... OooooOoooeooo

Yeah i'm actually quite pleased with how the texture came out. I spent a long time making sure the texture wouldn't look stretched and would fit properly, good to see it turned out =)

I dont even think I'd dare to attempt make a wood texture like that. *shudder* But you managed to pull it off so well. :) So kudos to that!
