What a haul

For all those 1 people who read my journal, you might know i'm a rookie games and consoles collector. I have quite a collection building, and managed to get my hands on a few cool things this week.

First off was a Nes Top-loading system. I'd been looking casually for one, since they're cool but good old cashconverters... you can always count on them to not know how to price things properly because they were selling it for $60, bargain!

Second haul was a whole motherload of Commodore 64 stuff that my girlfriends dad got off a guy he works with. Not just disks, but a bunch of games still in boxes near-mint, controllers and apparently possibly an Atari 2600 as well if he can find it, also with a bunch of games.

Woot! On a side note, i'm also casually trying to build a website devoted to retro stuff, expect it up in a few years maybe

oh and I have a cold, fuck.

I've recently expanded my DS collection a little, lol. As well as searching for a few gamecube titles i have missed. D,:

Same for me with the gamecube games. Recently bought XGRA and SSX 3, also Star Fox, FZero and Yoshi Story for N64, not to mention gameboy, lynx and a bunch of other random games.

I never was much of a racing fan. But I'd buy FZero if the price wasn't too high. I've been particulary interested in finding a copy of Resident Evil 4. I know there's a version for the Wii, but I'm weird and would rather want it without the waggle waggle gimmicks.
